OUR HISTORY
LBA was established in 1979 as an architectural firm specializing in tenant space development, multi-family, residential design, and construction management providing services to clients throughout the Southeast.
Our Principal, Michael A. Loia, owned and managed Neal Loia Construction Company, for 22 years specializing in tenant improvements, hi-rise residential and commercial buildings. Mr. Loia served as Sr. V.P. of RLR (Robertson/Loia/Roof PC) Architects and Engineers, a 65-person multi-discipline design firm, with in-house civil, structural mechanical and electrical disciplines.
Mr. Loia leveraged his knowledge of the real estate/construction industry to initiate developments of his own and he currently serves as a consultant for several developers across the Southeast. He is currently registered in several states.
Today, LBA is a full service, award-winning Architecture, and Interior Design firm. LBA has been consistently ranked in the top 25 largest interior design firms in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Book of Lists.
